Boatsetter

Founded in 2013, Boatsetter set out to be the #1 peer-to-peer boat rental community. As the company grew and competitors emerged, there was a huge opportunity for Boatsetter to differentiate their brand and product in such a crowded space.

We worked alongside various internal teams to lightly refresh their brand and product. To start, we did an extensive audit and competitive analysis, identifying key opportunities for growth. We then facilitated a leadership offsite to help the team develop new roadmaps that better aligned to the company’s new people-centered vision of “enabling unforgettable experiences on the water for everyone.”

We collaborated with the team to develop a flexible set of product and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints that could evolve with the company as they expand into new markets and services. Our work alongside the internal team redesigning the core renter user experience on Boatsetter.com resulted in a 45% increase in product conversion.
